Our Philosophy

The Prana Movement Method was created by Erika Weber, a licensed acupuncturist, professional dancer, and energy practitioner with over two decades of experience guiding others into deeper embodiment and energetic alignment. Blending the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the expressive freedom of dance, and the mindful awareness of yoga, Erika developed this practice as a way to bridge movement and medicine — to make energy tangible, breath-centered, and alive within the body.

Each class is designed to cultivate, move, transform, and ground Qi through guided rhythmic movement, conscious breath, and body alignment. Students are led through a journey that opens the meridians, releases fascial tension, and restores the body’s natural flow of vitality. Rooted in ancient principles yet grounded in modern embodiment, The Prana Movement Method is a practice of energetic awakening — a movement meditation where the body becomes both the teacher and the medicine.
